Happy Spring Equinox!
The wheel of the year is turning.
Today marks the first day of Spring in the northern hemisphere. Nature is coming out of the dark, out of deep rest, out of hibernation.
Spring represents a time where flowers come into bloom; where life begins to buzz.
When we align ourselves with the seasonal energies, we are able to live our best lives.
Winter is a season of turning inward, of being introspective and imaginal. Spring is a time of interacting with the outside world. It is a time of action and of change. Everything you’ve been dreaming of for the last quarter, you will start to see come alive in your life.
Hopefully you’ve been resting a lot this past quarter. Now is a great time to move your body, to engage with community, to get tasks done. It is time for Spring cleaning. For getting rid of what no longer serves you both literally and metaphorically.
On the Spring Equinox, today, consider reflecting on the last season:
What went well?
What are you proud of?
What was hard?
What were the lessons you learned?
What have you outgrown?
Next plant seeds for the Spring season:
What would you like to see come into fruition?
How do you want to feel?
What do you want to change?
How do you want to show up?
What are you excited about?
What is your theme for the Spring?
