Individual Therapy

We are here to partner with you to help you discover the answers within yourself. We will assist you in learning to regulate your nervous system, so you feel balanced and healthy. Our sessions will pendulate between joy and pleasure and more difficult topics. We will practice titration - dipping our toes in, rather than diving headfirst, when it comes to trauma. You will leave with practical steps to implement into your life creating cohesion between sessions and allowing you to see the greatest amount of positive change and momentum.

Couples Counseling

We believe that there is nothing more important than love in our lives. In couples therapy, you will reconnect with each other in a deep and vulnerable way. We will guide you, utilizing nervous system regulation, to help you navigate conflict and difficult moments. We will teach you practical skills around healthy communication and intimacy. You will have real world assignments to integrate into your life between sessions that will help you create the best relationship you could ever have imagined.

Life coaching

In an ever-changing world, it has become more and more difficult to find peace and happiness. Many of us feel misunderstood and out of place. We are looking for something that we can't entirely define. If you are asking yourself, "What is my purpose? What am I missing? How do I get past this feeling of being stuck?". We can help.
