Step into the stillness of Lammas, the ancient cross-quarter holiday honoring the first harvest. This Sacred Pause is your invitation to take stock of what’s ripening in your life—and dream into what’s yet to unfold.
As the Moon waxes through Scorpio, we are supported in going beneath the surface to reclaim buried desires, name our truth, and recommit to what matters most.
Through reflection, journaling, and guided prompts, we’ll honor the journey so far and intentionally shape the rest of the season.
