About Me

Before I became a counselor, I earned a journalism degree and interned at a Youth & Family Services agency—writing about real people doing real good.

Since 2007, I’ve been blogging about recovery, spirituality, and the sacred mess of being human. I blend personal storytelling, mental health insight, and a touch of irreverent mysticism.

Writing has always been my throughline, and now, it’s my central path.
